If you have tried any kind of dieting and ended up binge eating

When you are smack bang in the middle of a diet, and everyone else seems to be “doing it right”. You might find you are unable to control your self around food, eating so fast and so much it ends up hurting – physically and mentally. Know this……. It. Is. Not. Your. Fault.

Humans have been evolving for millions of years – we are built for survival. Binge eating is a normal response by your body to say…. “Hey, i don’t think we’ve been eating enough”

Diet Land will make you feel terrible about it, make you feel like it’s your fault and that you have no motivation to stick to the diet. Bingeing is normal, if you have been restricting. (A diagnosis of Binge Eating Disorder can be more complex than this, and recovery is possible with support.)
