Carly is a non-diet dietitian, nutritionist, and certified Intuitive Eating counselor. Essentially, I support people to work through their health, nutrition, and body image concerns.
The most amazing part of what I do is learning and understanding a person’s food and body story. People are often in the midst of a long, difficult, and frustrating journey. It’s common to think we are alone in these messy places we get to. Know that you are not alone.
I’ve had my own food and body journey. I’ve dieted, and dieted, and dieted some more. Then, because I felt I must have been doing it wrong, I dieted again. As a result, become obsessed and consumed by thoughts about food and my body. Feeling like a failure, and so badly want things to be different.
